Evolve Recovery Homes works with vulnerable marginalized women with multiple complex needs, providing safe secure accommodation.  Alongside accommodation, we deliver a programme of trauma-informed support including one-to-one casework, group sessions, peer mentoring, life skills development and pathways into education, volunteering and employment.

We are women-led and shaped by lived experience of trauma, homelessness and recovery. We understand the barriers women face and provide services designed exclusively for them.  Our staff team are trained in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practice and boundary management, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.

Our project addresses the specific needs of young women aged 18-25 by providing safe housing, reducing risk of harm, offering therapeutic support for trauma and mental health, building practical skills in tenancy management and employment, and creating positive peer networks that reduce isolation. By working with probation, youth offending teams and community partners, we provide resettlement support and interventions that reduce reoffending risk.

This grant will enable us to reach more young women ensuring they receive the housing and support needed at a critical stage in their lives. The project addresses immediate risks of homelessness and criminalisation while also building long-term protective factors such as education, employment, wellbeing and community belonging. By breaking cycles of disadvantage, we help young women achieve stability and independence while contributing to safer, stronger communities.

Kairos is Coventry’s specialist, women‑led organisation supporting women and girls facing multiple disadvantage and at risk of or subject to sexual exploitation. From our Women’s Hub in central Coventry, we provide a safe, women‑only space shaped by lived experience, offering crisis support alongside sustained advocacy and relational work to help women build safer, more fulfilling lives free from violence and exploitation.

Triangle Trust funding enables Kairos to provide specialist, trauma‑informed support for young women and girls at risk of or in contact with the criminal justice system, working holistically to address trauma, inequality and other intersecting factors that increase risk and harm.

Oasis Project gives hope and help to women, children and families affected by drug and alcohol use. For almost 30 years ago, Oasis has taken a gender-specific approach in recognition of the barriers women face in accessing support – particularly those relating to experiences of domestic and sexual violence, parenting responsibilities, and the intergenerational impacts of substance use. We have dedicated services for young women, sex workers, and women who have had children removed from their care.

Funding from Triangle Trust will enable Oasis to provide flexible, trauma-informed, gender-specific support to young women aged 16–30 in Brighton & Hove who are engaged in or at risk of offending. Based in Oasis’ Hope service for young people, the role will offer 1:1 casework plus professional consultancy, bridging gaps in current provision for high-risk young women.
